Which Canadian cities can we fly from?
We have researched round-trip group fares from Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax, St. John's and Saint John — nonstop flights from Toronto and Montreal, and one-stop connections from the other cities. If your city is not listed, choose “Another city — we'll quote it” in the planner and our office will price the fare for you.
What travel authorization do Canadians need for Israel?
Canadian travelers need an ETA-IL electronic travel authorization, approved before the trip. Apply online at least 72 hours before you travel; the fee is 25 shekels, and the authorization is valid for two years or until your passport expires. Every traveler, including children, applies individually — and make sure your passport stays valid well beyond your travel dates.
Can our tour leader travel free?
Yes. Add complimentary (free) places on the group form — for your pastor, tour leader or host. Their costs are calculated into the trip and spread across the paying travelers, so the per-person price you see already covers them.
What is included in the group price?
Hotel accommodations on half board (breakfast and dinner daily), transfers on arrival and departure between the airport and your hotel, meet and assist at the airport on arrival, all touring days with a licensed English-speaking guide, and entrance fees to all sites on the tour — including the Masada cable car ride on tours that visit Masada.
How and when do we pay?
A deposit of 20% holds your dates and prices. The balance is due 90 days before departure; for bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at booking. Your planner shows the estimated price for your group size, and our office confirms everything with you before you book.
